We’re thrilled to announce Bitcoin is out of beta and available to everyone!
Now, you don’t need to buy and hold your BTC on centralized exchanges or download unfamiliar wallets to collect and store Ordinals. You can do it all from your favorite multichain wallet—Phantom.
What’s new
For the past few months, we’ve been working hard to make the Bitcoin experience on Phantom even better. And since our launch in December, we’ve added key new features that you’re going to love, such as:
- Ledger compatibility: Connect your Ledger on the mobile app and browser extension to safely HODL your Bitcoin, Ordinals, and BRC-20s in the same account.
- Recursive inscription support: View and admire your recursive inscriptions right inside Phantom.
- Better rare sat management: Manage rare sats right from your Collectibles tab. Check the total amount of sats and what “satributes” each UTXO contains. Plus, send any rare sat UTXOs in a few clicks.
Note: We protect valuable rare sats from being accidentally "spent" for in-wallet transfers. Our sat protection logic has been updated so you can spend or send UTXOs with cheaper rare sats—like the basic Palindrome which costs ~$4—giving you more flexibility to move your BTC around.
You can also use Phantom with way more apps now!
- Browse, buy, list, and inscribe Ordinals and BRC-20s on Magic Eden, UniSat, and Ordinals Wallet.
- Mint recursive editions and collect digital art on Gamma’s marketplace for Bitcoin NFTs.
- Seamlessly swap BRC-20s with Ordiswap and BeFi Labs.
- Explore Ordinal pre-sales with Helio and Atlas3.
Find the official sites via our vetted browser recommendations in Explore.
